In a thinking process only one thing is enough to completely change the course of a thought and drag away subject's mind into something unimportant. After some time spent with chaotic mixing of thoughts a person can't really remember what was the first idea. This process can be relatively short but pretty confusing. It directly involves with the ability of determining the right conclusion.
